I love experimenting with various cuisines, adapting them to be in line with Ayurvedic guidelines in order to create simple delicious family meals that are easy to digest.
I am honoured to share my creative experiments with you.
The truth is, I love to eat well! Different flavours, textures and variety of ingredients in my meals are so important to me. Cooking and learning about many world cuisines have always been my passion.
After a digestive disorder diagnosis, I turned to the wisdom of Ayurveda to guide me back to health. Slowly I could witness healing in my own body, so now I try to follow the ancient principles in my everyday cooking.
My goal is to adapt international recipes to be in line with Ayurvedic guidelines, but most importantly - to create beautiful nourishing meals that satisfy my family's tastebuds.
