Simple Spiced Roast Cauliflower
A simple but delicious side dish
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls cauliflower florets and soft leaves
- 2 tbsp ghee - or cold pressed sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- pinch ajwain powder
- 1/3 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C / 400 F.
- Add all the ingredients to an oven safe dish, stir to coat.
- Bake for 25 mins, stirring every 5 minutes to coat in water, so the cauliflower doesn't burn.
