Here is a simple recipe that is so quick to put together if you have some Nomato Sauce and Fresh Cheese on hand from a previous meal.
Ricotta Rice Pasta with Nomato Sauce
Gluten Free
Ingredients
Pasta
- 2 1/4 cup rice flour - I finely milled 1 1/2 cup rice grain
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp cold pressed sunflower oil
Extras
- Nomato Sauce (to taste, I used half of the amount in the recipe below) - I used Version 2 (link in the notes)
- fresh basil to taste
- 2 cups fresh cheese - see notes for recipe
Instructions
- Make the pasta according to instructions in the notes.
- Combine with the sauce and cheese. Decorate with fresh basil.
