Simple Spiced Roast Cauliflower

A simple but delicious side dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls cauliflower florets and soft leaves
  • 2 tbsp ghee - or cold pressed sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • pinch ajwain powder
  • 1/3 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200C / 400 F.
  • Add all the ingredients to an oven safe dish, stir to coat.
  • Bake for 25 mins, stirring every 5 minutes to coat in water, so the cauliflower doesn't burn.
