grapefruit zest

flat peach, de-stoned and quartered

apricots, de-stoned and quartered

chopped strawberries

pure vanilla essence

lemon verbena or mint leaves
Instructions
Heat the ghee in a small pot, add the salt, cinnamon, jasmine and the zest.
Stir in the fruits, along with the water and vanilla.
Cover and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with lemon verbena or mint leaves.
