Flour mill is useful but optional
Ingredients

cup
oat groats, milled on medium
- if you do not have a flour mill, pulse in a powerful blender until the texture is of coarse flour.

coriander seeds
- ground into powder
zest of half to one orange
- depending on your preferences
1 ½
tsp
vanilla essence

tbsp
raw carob powder
⅓
tsp
pink or celtic salt

maple syrup
- for those with sweeter tooth, add another tbsp of maple syrup and reduce the water by 1 tbsp

coconut oil
- or ghee if the weather is cold

boiling water
Instructions
Preheat a fan oven to 180 C / 350 F (200 C / 400 C for a conventional oven).
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and let the dough rest for 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish making the brownies 1 inch thick.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
Cut into pieces and enjoy.
