Hot Carob Fudge Sauce
So quick to make and cocoa free
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp carob powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon optional
Heat the ghee and add the powders.
After a quick stir, add the maple syrup.
Cooking gently for a minute or less, stirring continuously until thickened.
Best served immediately
