Hot Carob Fudge Sauce

So quick to make and cocoa free

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat the ghee and add the powders.
  • After a quick stir, add the maple syrup.
  • Cooking gently for a minute or less, stirring continuously until thickened.
  • Best served immediately
