In the evening add water to your electric pressure cooker. I use Instant Pot Mini.
Add bulgur wheat, cinnamon, dates and ghee, if using.
Set up Pressure Cook option for 3 minutes on high pressure.
Set up the delay timer to start 35 minutes before you plan to eat.
In the morning, the pressure should be already released just before your meal. Open the lid and stir in the milk. Optionally, let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken more.
Serve! That is all you need to do on a busy morning.
