1cupfresh Paneer cheese, sliced into 5-7 cm pieces- homemade is best (see the recipe in the notes)
6purple chapatis- see recipe in the notes

Instructions
Preheat a cast iron pan (if using) for ten minutes or low-medium flame.
Melt the ghee and place the paneer pieces into the pan.
Fry gently on each side till slightly golden.
Wrap the cheese into the chapatis and serve with a bowl of green soup.Alternatively, add a little more ghee to the pan and fry the wraps gently to heat through on each side.
