Purple Chapati Wraps with Homemade Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh Paneer cheese, sliced into 5-7 cm pieces - homemade is best (see the recipe in the notes)
  • 6 purple chapatis - see recipe in the notes
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a cast iron pan (if using) for ten minutes or low-medium flame.
  • Melt the ghee and place the paneer pieces into the pan.
  • Fry gently on each side till slightly golden.
  • Wrap the cheese into the chapatis and serve with a bowl of green soup.
    Alternatively, add a little more ghee to the pan and fry the wraps gently to heat through on each side.
