1 1/2cupwhite basmati rice flour - I milled 1 cup of rice into fine flour
2medium carrots
1cupboiling water
1/2tspsalt
1tspghee
Instructions
Method 1
Cook the carrots in some water under a lid for about 15 mins or until very soft to mash.
Using a masher, press the carrots into a smooth puree.
Mix the carrots with one cup of boiling water and make chapatis following my standard Rice Flatbread recipe (link in the notes).
Method 2
Alternatively, blend chopped carrots with the water till smooth in a blender. Then heat it in a pan till boiling. (Add a splash of water to account for the evaporation.)
