Ingredients

cup
fresh ricotta cheese
- homemade is best

tbsp
creme fraiche
2/3
cup
water

tsp
olive oil, coconut oil or ghee
1
tsp
fresh rosemary
or 1/3 tsp dry
1/2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
arrowroot flour
- mixed in 2 tsp water
2
tbsp
chopped fennel fronds
or dill

tsp
grapefruit zest
1/2
tsp
nigella seeds, fried in a little oil for 1 minute
- optional topping
Instructions
Blend the cheese, creme fraiche and water in a blender.
Gently sauté rosemary in oil, stir in the salt.
Mix in the blended cheese.
Whisk in the arrowroot flour mixed with a little water. Heat the mixture through.
Stir in the chopped herbs.
Add in the zest and the optional seeds and enjoy.
